Botpress Windows 10 Installation Error help

I am trying to setup a new botpress instance on my windows 10 machine and it fails with function undefined error. Looked up multiple posts but could not get any pointers on how to resolve it.

I am running on windows 10 and node version 10.16.3 (not the latest version) but it is working fine. You can try installing latest node version and see how it goes.
