Messenger Connection Failing BP Server 11.6.3

Hie folks,

I am trying to connect my bot to Facebook and I have followed all steps in readme. Also on messenger I have webhook, page access token and app secret all configured. I used the webhook url generated on cli line 19 (see below)

Where am I going wrong?

Just tested 11.7.3 and works fine, do u still have the issue?

hello , i aslo face this error ! You already fix it . What is the problem ? please let’s me know ! THank YOu

Yerp solved it. Just give your bot an internet connection. Jump onto engine x, then get someone to use the bot and inspect the traffic. Make sure the traffic identified is whitelisted when you harden your internet connection and you are good to go.

Sorry I meant NGINX. Voice typing . Or you can simply make sure you have https and expose only the port over which you are serving botpress. If you are using ngrok or similar make sure you choose the https link because facebook will throw http

Thank you so much!
and i also have another problem that PersistentMenu does not shown in my messenger bot! can you help me again pls !
