Vote new feature - Answering a conversation and getting the user it by email (usually on delayed HITL)

I’ve seen several bots doing that, they connect the email service so that if the human is not online, still can answer the conversation and then the user get the answer by email as he probably left the chat already.

The work around is asking the user for the email, copying it to the email provider, copy the conversation or at least the question and sending it, which is very much time consuming.
